Downloading Orders from Amazon Seller Central

You download your orders from Amazon Seller Central.

1. Login to Amazon Seller Central (at https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com )

2. Go to the Orders tab. Then select the Advanced Features option (just below the tab).

3. Click on Order Reports (shown below).



4. Click on Request Report (shown below).

5. Select the required orders (from the required Day Range) and click on Submit (shown below).

6. Then click on Pick Up Reports and wait for the download file to be created (shown below).

7. When the reports have been created (normally within 10 minutes) click on the file (shown below).

9. Save the file into a folder of your choice (for example, C:\Downloads).

You are now ready to import the orders into One Stop Order Processing.
